Foundry Alfe CHEM offers to its customers tailor-made technical assistance and quality control, to achieve the best results enhancing the peculiarity of the process and of the final product.
The system of R&D and quality control of Foundry Alfe CHEM guarantees complete assistance through the whole process, in order to offer the best solutions and to create a real and constant partnership with the customer.
Each activity is conducted under a Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Copper and aluminium rod rolling
Foundry Alfe CHEM offers lubricants with high technology to carry out the hot rod rolling with specific products for copper, aluminium and alloys.
Copper and Aluminium tube production
Foundry Alfe CHEM developed a product range for tube production characterized by an optimal balance between lubricating, detergent and film-forming properties, combined with a very low ash content, thus ensuring a perfect cleaning of the surface after the annealing treatment.
Copper and Aluminium cutting
The products of the cutting oils line by Foundry Alfe CHEM offer high wetting, coolant and lubricant properties, giving an excellent surface finish of the final product.
All the products contain an effective preservative package that prevents oxidative and biological degradation processes, with a significant increase in service life of tools and metalworking fluid.
Compared to conventional products, Foundry Alfe CHEM oils ensure low power consumption and limited percentage of refilling, thereby making economical the use of this products. The special formulations of the emulsifiable oils included in the range ensure excellent behavior with waters of different hardness, without any problem related to foam or oily sludge, and a high detergent action, with good properties of metallic fines’ removal, that allows a good cleaning of the working area.
Detergent with protective action
Foundry Alfe CHEM also offers a line of detergents suitable to remove all residuals from the worked piece, ensuring at the same time the protection of the surface from corrosion. Copper and aluminium wire drawing
Foundry Alfe CHEM drawing series is composed of products that are designed to guarantee outstanding lubrication and optimal protection from corrosive phenomena, easy filterability, low foam, high detergency, cleanliness and a bright surface finish. With the low free acidity which characterizes the formulations of this range, Foundry Alfe CHEM drawing series is particularly designed to limit the formation of metallic and organic soaps and oxides.
Foundry Alfe CHEM drawing series permits to achieve faster drawing speeds, with very low percentage of breakage, offers high stability and an improved life of emulsion and extruders.
This range of products shows high stability to bacterial attack and to oxidative phenomena moreover, they are designed to be stable even to hard water.
